About me

As a Manager, my objective is to empower each employee to bring them to their full potential and autonomy. I believe in what I call human capital which is often forgotten by managers. Helping people to get fulfilment is done with strong and honest relationships which can’t be achieved without knowing yourself and good communication. Of course, mastering the organizational dynamics is another essential key. As a leader, I’m trying to be exemplary, enthusiastic and keep a positive attitude.
